How it works

Three steps. You stay in control.

Nothing goes to a customer without your say-so. QuidPing does the remembering, the writing and the follow-up.

1

Connect Xero

Securely link your Xero account in a couple of clicks. We only read your invoices and contacts, nothing else. QuickBooks is coming soon.

2

Set your tone and timing

Choose how friendly to start, how firm to finish, and how many days between reminders. Every message is written in plain English, in your name.

3

We chase. You get paid.

Reminders go out on schedule and stop the moment an invoice is marked paid in Xero. You approve the first message to each customer, and firmer notices wait for your one-tap approval.

Why QuidPing

Persistent, polite, and never a debt collector.

You keep the relationship. We keep the calendar. Customers hear from you, not from a third party, and every message makes it easy to pay, with your bank details included. One-click pay links are coming soon.

Messages that sound like you

Plain-English templates you can tweak, sent in your name. Friendly first, firm only when it needs to be.

Statutory interest, calculated for you

See what UK late-payment law lets you add (interest plus fixed compensation) on business invoices, so you can choose whether to claim it.

Read-only, and stops when you are paid

We never touch your books. Marking an invoice paid in Xero ends the chase automatically. Disputes and queries come straight to you.

Great for trades and subcontractors

Waiting on a main contractor's "next payment run"? QuidPing keeps steady, professional pressure on every overdue application and invoice, and shows the statutory interest building up, so you don't have to be the bad guy.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Are you a debt collector or law firm?

No. QuidPing provides business-to-business credit control on your behalf. We send reminders about your invoices in your name. We're not a debt collection agency or a law firm and don't give legal advice. If a debt needs legal action, we'll tell you so you can choose a solicitor.

Do you chase consumers?

No. QuidPing is only for invoices to other businesses. We don't chase individuals or consumer debts.

Will it upset my customers?

You approve the first message to every customer and every firmer notice, set the tone, and can pause chasing for anyone at any time.

Do you track whether emails are opened?

Yes. We show whether a reminder has been opened, to help you decide on next steps. Open tracking isn't always accurate, because some email apps block it.

What about my data and GDPR?

You stay in control of your customers' data. We act as your data processor under a written data processing agreement, only read what we need, and never sell data. See our privacy policy.

What is statutory interest?

Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, businesses can claim interest of 8% above the Bank of England base rate on late business invoices, plus fixed compensation of £40, £70 or £100 depending on the invoice size. QuidPing calculates it, and you decide whether to claim it.

Stop chasing. Start getting paid.
